This environmentally conscious client purchased a commercial property and wanted parking lot and landscape renovations guided by sustainable principles. The goal was to implement permeable, green, and aesthetically pleasing solutions to mitigate a site that is nearly 80% asphalt. Through our design/build process, we developed a master plan that incorporated bioretention basins (rain gardens) to combine functionality with visual appeal and deliver improvements that are both beautiful today and green tomorrow.
